Examples of Publicly Available Pay Schedules
The sections below provide examples of properly formatted Publicly Available Pay Schedules (PAPS). Refer to these examples when establishing new pay schedules.
Below are examples of step pay schedules. Other time bases can be designated, such as hourly, daily, bi-weekly, annually, etc. It’s also possible to designate more than one time base.
Note: A salary schedule must never reference another document. For example: It wouldn’t be appropriate to list a position of Contractor, with a reference on the schedule as “see contract”.
