Registration Details
Register by July 31 to take advantage of the early bird rate of $549 — a $50 savings. Registration will go up to $599 effective August 1.
Register NowWant to split your attendance between co-workers? While we don't offer a reduced registration fee for partial attendance, we do allow more than one person to attend on different days using the same registration. To make those arrangements, contact us at CalPERS_Educational_Forum@calpers.ca.gov no later than Friday, September 6, 2024. Registration closes October 4, 2024.
Credit Card
Credit card is the preferred method of payment. We apologize for the inconvenience but American Express and Discover cards are not accepted.
Check
Registration cutoff for check payments is September 6, 2024, and checks must be received no later than September 20, 2024.
- Your check should be made payable to "CalPERS Educational Forum 2024".
- Write your name and confirmation number on the memo line.
We're unable to accept purchase orders. If payment isn’t received by Friday, September 20, 2024, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.

Cancellations made from September 9 to September 27, 2024, will be assessed a $75 fee. Cancellations after September 27, 2024, are nonrefundable.
If you’re no longer able to attend this event, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization. Attendee substitutions are allowed through Friday, September 6, 2024.
In the event you must cancel your registration:
- Registration fees for cancellations will automatically be refunded in the original form of payment if done by 5:00 p.m. on September 27, 2024.
- Refunds won’t be granted for no-shows and payment is still required.
- Note that canceling your registration doesn’t automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You’re responsible for canceling those on your own.
You can cancel your registration online by following these steps:
- Visit Cvent, and select Already registered?.
- Enter the first name, last name, and email you used to register, then select Next and the verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number and email used to register.
- Enter the verification code and select Log in.
- On the bottom right, select Cancel Registration.
- Follow the prompts and select Submit.
You'll receive an email to confirm your cancellation.
Modifications can be made online by Friday, October 11, 2024. Follow these steps:
- Visit Cvent, and select Already registered?.
- Enter the first name, last name, and email you used to register, then select Next and a verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number and email used to register.
- Enter the verification code and select Log in.
- Select Modify Registration.
- Proceed with making any modifications on each registration page, then select Submit for them to be updated.
- You will receive a modification confirmation email.

Once you complete your Forum registration, you'll receive a confirmation email that contains a link to book your hotel room. Note the following:
- Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Ensure your room reservation is under the same name you used to register for the Forum — we reserve the right to cancel any reservations not associated with a registered attendee's name.

Check In
Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m.
Self-parking is available for overnight and day guests. The rate is $20 per day.
