Elisabeth Rose

Head of Investment Operations

Elisabeth Rose was appointed head of investment operations in April 2024.

Her responsibilities include overseeing investment operations for all asset classes, third party investment services oversight through direction of all vendor management operations, supporting the Public Employees’ Retirement Fund’s and Affiliate Investment Program’s data requirements, and financial reporting, planning, strategy and analysis for the Investment Office.

Elisabeth has over 25 years of experience in the management consulting and financial services industries, including progressively increasing responsibility delivering solutions and maintaining operational excellence in the areas of investment operations, governance, and technology transformation at Accenture, Credit Suisse, and American International Group (AIG). Her prior roles at AIG include chief operating officer of global capital markets, head of international governance, chief technology transformation officer, and head of global operations and partnerships.

Elisabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Fairfield University. She is passionate about leadership development and volunteer work. Elisabeth has served as a mentor on numerous occasions to U.S. armed services personnel transitioning from active service through American Corporate Partners and as a steering committee member of Million Women Mentors Connecticut.
