Credit Card

Credit card is the preferred method of payment. We accept most credit cards, however American Express and Discover cards are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Check

Registration cutoff for check payment is August 2, and we must receive all checks by August 9 or we reserve the right to cancel your registration.

• Make checks payable to "CalPERS Pathways for Women 2024"
• Write your name and confirmation number on the memo line

• Mail your check with a copy of your registration confirmation email to:

If you're no longer able to attend this event, you may transfer your registration to another individual. You can modify your registration by following these steps:

1. Open your registration email
2. Select View or Modify your registration
3. Enter your confirmation number
4. Select Modify
5. Modify your information, then select Finish to save
6. You'll receive a modification confirmation email

If you must cancel your registration, you may be eligible for the following refunds:

• Full refund of registration fees for requests made before 5:00 p.m., Friday, August 2, 2024
• Refunds requested during the week of August 3-11, 2024, will assess a $50 cancellation fee
• No refunds granted after Monday, August 12, 2024
• No-shows will not receive refunds and payment is still required

You can cancel your registration by following these steps:

1. Go to registration
2. Login with your email and confirmation number
3. Select the Unregister tab
4. Follow the prompts and select Finish
5. You'll receive an email to confirm your cancellation

If you are interested in staying at the Hilton Anaheim, your registration confirmation email will contain a link to book a hotel room associated with the event. The reservation deadline is July 26, 2024 for a rate of $139 single/double occupancy plus taxes and fees.

• Make sure your reservation is under the same name as your event registration
• We reserve the right to cancel any reservations not associated with a registered attendee's name

• Daily self parking: $21 (no in-and-out privileges)
• Overnight self-parking: $24 (includes in-and-out privileges)
• Valet parking: $39
