Access a comprehensive suite of behavioral health programs and services through Kaiser's centralized resource hub. Begin with the Total Health Assessment.
- NorCal Doctor Directory: Members in Northern California can view available behavioral health providers without needing a member ID. Select from provider types such as Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Applied Behavior Analysis/Behavioral Health Treatment (ABA/BHT), and Psychologist.
- SoCal Doctor Directory: Members in Southern California also have the option to view behavioral health providers without needing a member ID. Choose from the same provider types as in Northern California: MFT, ABA/BHT, and Psychologist.
Digital Emotional Wellbeing Resources
Kaiser offers no-cost access to digital self-care apps, including Calm and Headspace Care (formerly called Ginger). These apps help with mindfulness, meditation, sleep improvement, and emotional resilience.

You don’t need to choose between the apps. You can access Calm and Headspace Care and use the apps as much as you want. To gain no-cost access to these apps, Kaiser Permanente members must start by clicking the unique registrations links found on Self-Care Apps page.
