Accessing Behavioral Health Benefits

  1. Find a Provider: Members do not need a referral to access outpatient therapy from a provider within the network. The plan enables members to search for in-network behavioral health providers, filtering by specialty, location, and other criteria to find the best fit.   • Magellan Website: Offers a comprehensive array of articles, videos, and webinars on various topics such as anxiety, depression, relationships, and more, aimed at improving life, mind, and body.
  • NeuroFlow App: A digital health tool for tracking, assessing, and managing mental wellness. NeuroFlow tailors its recommendations based on individual needs and interests, enhancing personalized mental health care. The app is available for download on the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
