Open Enrollment Notice
2025 Open Enrollment for State of California and California State University (CSU) sponsored dental and vision plans is September 15 to October 10. Changes made during Open Enrollment took effect January 1, 2026.
Active Members
If you're eligible, you have 60 calendar days from your appointment date to request enrollment in dental and/or vision coverage or you can enroll during Open Enrollment.
