Open Enrollment Notice
2024 Open Enrollment for State of California- and California State University (CSU)-sponsored dental and vision plans ended October 11. Changes made during Open Enrollment took effect January 1, 2025.
Active Members
If you're eligible, you have 60 calendar days from your appointment date to request enrollment in dental and/or vision coverage or you can enroll during Open Enrollment. To make changes to your dental plan, contact your dental benefit administrator listed in the table below. Your contact will differ based on your employer and whether your inquiry is related to enrollment or benefits.
